Awake in my dreams

Have you ever had a dream that felt so real?? I just had one of those last night. I woke up so tired. To think that I slept for almost 8 hours it felt like I didn't have any sleep at all. My dream seemed so real that it didn't feel like I slept at all. :( I wonder what dreams really mean. How about you? Do you read your dreams?
